John 3:16-17For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
17 For God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

III. GOD’S PROVISION TO SAVEA. He Provided a PRECIOUS Substitute

17 For God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

26 He would then have had to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.
