Feedback Mechanism • Implementation • Procedures • Code Champion is contact person • Feedback gets emailed to Code Champion • Code Champion reviews feedback • Consultation with director/ relevant member of staff/ creator of piece of communication • Discussion of solution • Code Champion to reply (always!) • Bi-annual review of feedback and mechanism (which can also be fed back to Dóchas)
