(closed)

  6. Coaching Sessions Review and Feedback T-4 Achieved 85% coverage Good understanding that the e-colors and hazard wheel are tools to improve 2-way communication and hazard identification & mitigation Improved PJSM participation allowed the crew to take more ownership Miscommunication re rig managers relying on Equilibria to roll-out the Job Planning & JSA Minimum Standards (closed) Pocket book quality – requested for weather proof books (open) Accommodation staff did not have any color identifier (closed) E-colors ethics/principles not written-out in the pocket books (open) Local champions are yet to be identified (open)

  7. Coaching Sessions Review and Feedback • CHARLEY GRAVES • Achieved 70% coverage • Promoted teamwork and understanding of others • Allows opportunity to develop better plans and with it, the confidence to execute the job properly • 4 local champions identified and getting developed • Jirat Soponpunyawat (B/G), Asst. 8. Coaching Sessions Review and Feedback CHARLEY GRAVES Miscommunication re rig managers relying on Equilibria to roll-out the Job Planning & JSA pocket books (closed) Rig management was unaware of what was coming when Equilibria arrived (closed) Initial misunderstanding of the E-Colors and what it’s meant to be used for (closed) Implementation of E-Colors program is time consuming in TBT meetings (open) Accommodation staff did not have any color identifier (closed)

  9. Coaching Sessions Review and Feedback T-11 The rig acknowledges that there is a need to improve its performance on safety. This realization made them very open to coaching. The crew developed a 5-point prompt card to improve the way they conduct the PJSM Significant amount of time spent on coaching individuals how to exercise SWA realizing their personality traits. A good number of B/G took the initiative to rehearse how they are to stop a job if it does not conform to the procedure/JSA. 25 individuals show good interest in becoming local champions. Extra sessions were done to start developing them. Held sessions just with the DSM and OIM. This allowed improved realization of each others’ perspective and personality.

  10. Coaching Sessions Review and Feedback T-11 Not able to cover 1 crew (scheduled to go out on May 22). Concerns were raised that the level of motivation may not be sustained (open) High turnover of personnel on the rig is seen as a challenge in terms of sustaining the culture (open) Rig has a feeling that they don’t look very good in the eyes of the people in town due to their poor safety performance. This affects the level of confidence of some (open)

  19. Service Partner Feedback • We appreciate the support that we have received onboard the rigs and also the • structure provided by Phil Naïve and the team, in town. • It´s worth remembering that the Manager´s and Superintendent´s • words are listened to, discussed and dissected by all onboard, people will • respond accordingly. • Applied leadership will go along way to making a success of any initiative and this • process is no different, ¨leaders endorse by doing¨. • Each rig has its own identity and will take on the E-Colors, Pre-planning / • Debriefing/ Intervention coaching at their own speed, in their own way, yet • ultimately it will become part of doing business. We need to be ready to support • them accordingly. • We should be ready to address ideas and proactive responses to rig team´s • champions who want to lead the process in their own spheres of influence. • Maybe worth considering making a film, covering all the elements of the JSA • including each drilling contractor´s specifics (rolled into one film), so there is co- • ownership by all.
