Purpose of MTSS Coaches Network • Develop a Macomb County Network linking all of the district teams in the county • Systematically establish • Avehicle for distribution of information/materials • A vehicle for MISD to learn of the needs of the district in order to provide optimal support • Opportunities to network implementers of MTSS/RtI/PBIS • Participants • For implementers/coaches of MTSS representing their district • This will not be an intro series with basic information Replaces the former MISD PBIS and RtI Networks with integrated, systematic district network

#4Data • Leadership has a standing meeting time to review district and school data. • Using Data Director or other software to integrate assessment data and create a set of standard reports • Use a consistent process to analyze and review data, problem-solve around the data and make data-based decisions. • Both academics and behavior are included in this process. • Data are shared with district and school staff.
#5Indicators of Success • The Leadership Team has clearly identified and implemented multiple indicators of success for academics and behavior • Formally communicates the indicators district and school staff.
#6Professional Development • The Leadership Team uses academic and behavior data to determine professional development needs of administrators and staff. • The Team plans and supports professional development for developing expertise specific to academics and behavior to meet the needs of learners at each tier of support.
