Hong Kong Accord on Global Science Education A group of about 14 teachers, scientists, educational researchers and others met in Hong Kong to develop a document to set international goals for science teaching and learning (HOU and our experience with teachers heavily influenced this document)

In order to appreciate and assist such a human activity, they should have at least 10% of their time for professional development. Quality Teachers should be recognized and respected.
