  1. Pablo Picasso.(1881-1973)

  2. Pablo Ruiz Picasso was born on October 25, 1881. His family at the time resided in Málaga, Spain. Pablo spent the first ten years of his life there. The family was far from rich. When Pablo’s father was offered a better-paid job, the family moved to the provincial capital of La Coruna, where they lived for the next four years. In 1895 the family settled in Barcelona.

  3. In 1892, Pablo entered the School of Fine Arts. He was better than senior students doing their final exam projects. By 1894 Pablo’s works were so well executed for a boy of his age that his father recognized Pablo’s amazing talent. • In 1897 Picasso went to Madrid and entered the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando.

  4. The Blue period • In February 1901 Pablo’s friend Kasahems died. His death was a great shock to Picasso.Blue and green colors began to dominate in the paintings of Picasso. This period is called - blue period.

  5. The Rose period • In 1904 in the life of Pablo comes rose period .In his paintings, he painted the circus and clowns. Rose, blue and gold colors are dominate in his works. This period is called - rose period.

  6. There are Cubism and Surrealism in Picasso’s works.

  7. "Lady with a Fan“ • Picture "Lady with a Fan“ belongs to the brush of Pablo Picasso. It belongs to the Blue Period. • It is a portrait. In the foreground we see a young girl. She sits and holds in her hand a fan. • This portrait is painted in cold shades. Blue and brown colors dominate in this picture. • I think with the help of this picture artist wanted to show the beauty and youth of this girl. I think it is really masterpiece and I can not but admire his work.

  8. During his life, Pablo Picasso painted many pictures. And now many people admire his talent and the pleasure to attend the exhibition of his paintings.
