President – Key Responsibilities • Help organize and lead the board and its committees in furthering the mission of Agile Executives • Serve as the public face of Agile Executives • Networking with other Agile thought leaders and other software executives in Utah and nationally • Conduct the monthly gatherings of Agile Executives, or delegate as needed/desired • Send out the invites for the monthly gathering meetings, or delegate as needed/desired • Thought leadership with Agile Executives, including how the organization can grow, transform and continue to lead in the community • Other duties as defined by the President and the Board, including changes to anything listed above

Committees • Building – to increase our ranks • sharing what we do with others, inviting them to participate/present/help lead • Gathering – to plan and lead our monthly roundtables • fostering and booking a 3-month rolling backlog of relevant topics and speakers • Online – to foster our online community • helping to boost our fledgling online presence into a thriving, regular collaboration, both at agileexecutives.org and every other relevant place • Special Events – to coordinate AE’s role in special gatherings like Agile Roots
