Approximately 1,000 workstations located on the Muskegon branch of Baker college.
All faculty are provided with a workstation connected to Bakers WAN.
Equipment provided to deliver two-way interactive video to allow point-to-point or bridged video calls using the Baker College intranet.
11. Baker College Computing Networking
Approximately 3,000 workstations all connected to the Baker College Wide Area Network.
Supports both TCP/IP and IPX protocols.
Contains Novell, NT, Sun, HP, and IBM servers.
Public servers accessible from internet, all others protected by a firewall.
Majority of servers run Novell Netware or various version of UNIX.
Total bandwidth is 22.5 MB
