We talked as a class about various ways to practice our facts. I have found with my own children that reviews in the car are a great way to learn which facts they don’t know, so I can reinforce those throughout the week. We are moving along with our lower case cursive letters. Students should be writing in cursive all of the letters they have practiced when they complete their Spelling homework. Thanks Eddie for being our star this week. Julia S is our star next week. We will have another Math Sale in February. If you have any old toys, trinkets, books… that are no longer being used, the donations would be extremely appreciated for our sale. Valentines parties will take place on Friday, February 8th. The students voted to bring in their own boxes. Many students are running low on supplies, pencils, glue… Please check with your child to see if they need replaced. Parent volunteers are needed for Nolley Math and Reading Club on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting March 12th. If you are interested, please contact Mrs. Pappas. We have had MANY runny noses this winter. We are almost completely out of tissues. If you have a few extra boxes at home, we would really appreciate it. Have a great weekend!
