Overview • You need to install the WebEx Script • Either before the demo, or on the day • Join the session on the day of the demo • Use your computer for viewing the demo • Use your telephone for conference call (audio)
1a: Pre-Install WebEx ahead of demo • To install WebEx ahead of your scheduled session, click on the second of the two links provided on screen • You will be redirected to the WebEx website • Ensure you install on the computer you will be using at the demo To install the software prior to demo, click this link To install the software on the day of the demo, skip to slide 8
1b: Installing WebEx (1)https://bthealthsector.webex.com/bthealthsector/mc • Click on “Set Up” • Click on “Meeting Center” • Click on “Set Up” button
1b: Installing WebEx (2)https://bthealthsector.webex.com/bthealthsector/mc • When prompted, click on “Install”
1c: Installation Success • When you see this screen it means WebEx has been installed • If you do not see the “Setup is complete” screen below, you may require support from your local IT department for assistance • You are now ready for the demo (you can close the window) • Retrieve confirmation email on the scheduled day/time, follow the links to join the demo
2: Joining the demo • On the day of the demo, click on link in the confirmation email, then the link on SOAR (as per slide 4) • When prompted, enter your name and click “Join” (email not required)
2a: Installing WebEx (1) • If you have not pre-installed the WebEx software, you will be prompted to do so (simply follow on-screen instructions)
2a: Installing WebEx (2) • Click on the yellow Information Bar to run/install the WebEx software
2b: Installing WebEx with other browsers • If using Google Chrome (or other browsers), you will see a screen similar to below. • Click the button to run the Java script to install WebEx When prompted, click “Run”
2c: Viewing the demo • If you see the screen below, you’ve successfully joined the demo • Follow the on-screen instructions to dial into the conference call • Call the 0800 number from your landline – it’s free Click “OK” when you have joined the conference call To bring back conference call instructions, click “Teleconference”
2d: Hearing the demo • You need to dial into the conference call to hear the demo • You cannot (as far as we are aware) dial to the conference call using your computer, it needs to be done via mobile or landline • When dialling in, you may be prompted to enter an “Attendee ID”, which is given in the Teleconference instructions Best to use 0800 number from landline as it is free Enter your pass code when prompted (4711 2948#) If prompted, key in the “Attendee ID”
