Daisy Calendar Visibility – Administrators/Teachers Administrators and Teachers now have shared access to all student calendars. In addition, Administrators also have shared access to Teacher calendars. 1. Click on the calendar icon in any calendar viewto open the calendar sharing window Diary signatory for Teachers and Parents Administrators can switch between Teachers and Students 2. Search by name or filter based on class and grade 3. Click on the name of a Teacher or Studentto view their calendar
Daisy Usage Reporting - Administrators Administrators now have the ability to run detailed usage analytics from within the administrative platform reporting on three keyareas. Communication Diary Item Generated Analysis Registration & Use Communication delivered to Teachers, Students and Parents Frequency of Diary item creation by user group and type Registration of Daisy across devices and frequency of use
Daisy Out of Class Log – Limited Beta Trials The Out of Class permission module has been developed to replicate the common function of a traditional hardcopy student planner. Availableon smartphones and tablet devices, the out of class log is designed for speed of entry and teacher approval. The Out of Class log is currentlybeing offered on a limited beta trial basis. Visibility of approved passes in calendar day view
