  5. Phases • During the PPS: 3 phases for quality control & evaluation (E-U-S) • Preparatory/Intake Interview • Intermediate evaluation • Final evaluation

  6. Preparatory/Intake interview • Explain quality framework E-U-S • Focus areas • Criteria according goals • Rating system • Clear expectations for E-U-S • Task descriptions for E-U-S • Intake interview (First form) E-(U)-S

  7. Intermediate evaluation • Assures close follow-up E-U-S • Increases motivation • Based on Self-Assessment by S • (Meeting with peers) • Evaluation meeting/form between E-(U)-S • Compare Self-Assessment by S with Assessment by E-(U) • Define improvement plan E-U-S

  8. Final evaluation • Based on Self-Assessment by S • Compare Self-Assessment by S with Assessment by E-(U) • Final evaluation meeting E-(U)-S • Marks by E-U
