  1. Year 7 - France Objective: To conduct research and create a four slide presentation using PowerPoint or a poster (and a Google Earth tour if you know how to…) About what? All about a region of France.

  2. Tasks • You will be allocated a region of France. • Do some solid research about it and create a PowerPoint or a poster that will tell us all lots of new things about ‘your’ region. You need to include the following: • A map to show where it is located within France • Pictures and the name of the main towns (5 maximum) • Things for tourists to do e.g. castles, theme parks, famous buildings. • Local foods and drinks and specialities • The logo for the region (a bit like how each Football team has their own logo, each French region has one too) • Sports, music or famous people from that region. • DO NOT cut and paste information from the internet. • DO A SPELL CHECK before you print your work out. • Marks P10 C10

  3. Homework • Finish my presentation on my region. Make sure that I follow all instructions. • See Mr Podbury if there is a problem.
