Latino B. Black C. Hmong D. Irish • True or False: Milwaukee’s housing vacancy rate is more than 10%. • True or False: Milwaukee County is losing population. According to the 2010 Census, about 92% of housing units were occupied. This was true in the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. But, most recent census reverses the trend.
