QHSEMS & ISO Certificates • The new world trend now is to integrate the quality, health, safety & environment in one management system (QHSE) to enable the organization effectively manage their systems and achieve the international certificates in one go. • CTS strive to develop and maintains an integrated Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management system based on three international standards, which are ISO9001:2008 for Quality, OHSAS18001:2007 for occupational Heath & Safety and ISO14001:2004 for Environment. • Certification to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001& OHSAS 18001 is not an easy process, it need a big efforts, commitment and team working as it requires compliance to the regulatory requirements as well as the standard requirements including continual improvement.

QHSE Long Term Strategies 2011 - 2020 • Intensify the development, implementation and compliance to QHSE Management System through continuous improvement. • Enhancecapabilities and services through development of resources and competencies. • Assimilate desired QHSE culture in work and lifestyle through mindset change & behavior based program. • Maintain the integrated QHSEMS in order to achieve the international standard certificates ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.

QHSE Initiatives, 2011-2015 Intensify the development, implementation and compliance to QHSE Management System through continuous improvement. • Development & full implementation of QHSE Management System (QHSEMS) • Implement risk – based approach in managing all critical activities and apply (ALARP) Principle to minimise the risk.
QHSE Initiatives, 2011-2015 • Work synergistically with clients, partners and contractors & ensure to meet QHSE requirements • Contribute to the conservation of the environment and well being of the community • Involve stakeholders e.g. government, NGOs and communities in relevant business activities
QHSE Initiatives, 2011-2015 Enhance capabilities and services through development of resources and competencies • Promote QHSE awareness, knowledge and skill of personnel at all levels. • Develop personnel QHSE competencies such as Hazard & Effect Management Process (HAZID, HAZOP, HRA, CHRA, QRA, EIA),Quality Asurance/Audit, ISO Requirements, Incident investigation…etc • Strengthen QHSE capabilities to support future expanding business activities. • Apply technologies for effective QHSE management
