Summary Change Request #1 Description: This functionality will provide a mechanism for files to be securely transmitted between MSD Member and SSC. • Member • Alerted to new documents sent from MSD Advocates • View Documents sent from MSD Advocates • View Documents previously sent to MSD Advocates • Send Documents to MSD Advocates • MSD Advocate • Send Documents to MSD Member • Receive Documents from MSD Member • View Documents previously sent to MSD Member • Remove Documents from MSD Member view 2

  3. 1-Inbox Notification • Displays in modal overlay • Upon MSD Member sign in, display if new documents are in Inbox. • Instructional copy informs user of location of new document(s). • OnClick of the OK button, modal overlay disappears.   4. 1-Inbox Notification Indicator • Displays in all Member center areas if new Documents are available. • Display in Inbox menu button • Display count of new documents • New Documents defined as new files uploaded to MSD Member Inbox and MSD Member has not viewed Inbox page yet. • OnClick of ‘Inbox’ button in top nav, go to My Documents>Inbox tab • After My Documents>Inbox page displays, hide count • If signed out, no link (no Sign In button) displays Project: Medicare Savings DirectWireframe: MSD Member Inbox Notification Indicator 4

  6. 1-Inbox Tab • Default open under “My Documents” • If open, highlight to indicate active • 2- Inbox Heading • 3- Instructional Copy • Provide user instructions for downloading documents • Provide user instructions for sending documents to MSD Advocate • 4-Inbox Grid • Display in column view: • Date Received (default sort chronological descending) • Document Name (sortable) • Document Description • Message • Respond by Date • 5- Link to Document • Display filename with extension • OnClick opens native OS ‘View/Save’ dialog window • 6-Privacy Statement • Include graphic to emphasize message • Include link to Privacy Policy page Project: Medicare Savings DirectWireframe: MSD Member Inbox 6

Clears OnFocus • Display Max File size • Browse button active • OnClick of Browse button, open native OS File Browsing Dialog window • 5- Document Description • Display dynamic text areas character counter • Max Character= xx • Count decreases on text entry • 6-Coments • Display dynamic text areas character counter • Max Character= xx • Count decreases on text entry • 7-Form Actions • Cancel – OnClick clears form fields • Send • Disabled until all fields populated • OnClick submits data, sends email to MSD Advocate, and displays confirmation to user. • 8-Privacy Statement • Include graphic to emphasize message • Include link to Privacy Policy page Project: Medicare Savings DirectWireframe: MSD Member Send New Document 10
