In addition to monitoring, they also perform functions to maintain and improve common property resources. Mortalities To track mortalities to alert the Committees if there is a sudden rise in mortalities. & Importantly to determine the cause of mortalities be this poaching, disease, etc Environmental Shepherds (=Khoadi //Hoas) Community Meetings Rainfall, Fire & Floods To provide information to Conservancy, Agric. Union & Agric.
