  6. What does the EAP cost me? The following services are free: • Calling a counselor 24/7 at 800-292-2780 • In-person sessions with an EAP counselor • Exceptions

  7. What languages does ERS speak? My mother doesn’t speak English, how will you help her? • Many workplaces today have employees who do not speak English or who have family members or dependents who do not speak English. • Employee Resource Systems, Inc. utilizes a language interpretation service. Through the Interpretalk, a translator in one of 200 different languages can be made available to provide confidential interpretation services.
