  2. It seems that the health experts are about to confirm breathing as the new toxicity which may lead your health to damage and drain. They love doing so… Since more people are connecting online they are losing their offline connections with friends, with family with other belongings too.

  3. The rapid rise of social media has crossed over 3 million users, which is probably the biggest in history. However, our connection and everlasting bond with the social media is affecting our lives negatively. On the one hand social media sites like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter and many others have proven benefits, frequent or excessive usage of such applications can cause anxiety, loneliness, depression and plenty of other mental health issues.

Not only children but also adults feel ashamed and offended when their parents scold over excessive usage of gadgets (Gaming, Computer and Mobile Phones) however, our parents are right because they have observed the changes social media had made through the decade. Short Tempering and anxiety is one of the main causes of overuse of social media.   5. 1) Addiction is a disease: There is no doubt in saying that social media is addictive. A new study has confirmed that most people scroll their feed every time they get free time and this is how addiction comes in. Though there are both good and bad things exist but “Addiction is a disease that makes you too selfish to see the havoc you created or care about the people whose lives you have shattered.” If we talk about the Facebook addiction disorder that this may come over your life too. It included mood swings, escapism, mental preoccupation, neglect of personal life and many others. And if social media attraction exists, then it would be similar to internet addiction that enables you to believe in everything you observe online. More effectively, this social media addiction is linked to the relationship issues that makes you weak in handling personal relationships. This should be controlled as soon as possible before it turns out to be the biggest fear of your life.

  6. 2) More social, Less Human: Communication is the key to a happy life and people addicted to social media tend to have a less human connection than those who are not connected online. To be in the human shell, it is important for all of us to maintain a happy communication to ensure that we are caring for each other. Else there is no point in living. “The most precious gift that one human being can offer another is selfless and unconditional love. It’s the only thing ultimately, that really matters in the End.” However, it is hard to find connections between humans starting at square mobile screens. These days people tend to believe in digital faces more than real-life ones.

This nonsense leads them to be stressed out. Social Media feeds are just about customer services to the governmental policies and politics. But what we are doing is scrolling for hours and this is what causes decay of our generation, decay of love from our lives and every problem we are confronting today. Getting up in a hectic schedule is the biggest reason why enough sleep should be in the list of each of us but most of us prefer using smartphones than taking appropriate sleep and this is the key to worse mental health. These are a few general ways how a useful technology is ruining our lives or maybe we are using technology to ruin our life. Social media is a boon of technology, invented to smoothen our life and due to excessive use of it now social media is affecting our life negatively therefore we need to control it.
