  5. Locomotor Examples • Walking • Running • Hopping • Jumping • Skipping • Galloping

  6. Non-Locomotor Skills • Where your body parts are moving but you are in one spot not going anywhere.

  7. Non-Locomotor Examples • Stretching • Bending • Twisting • Turning

  8. Manipulative Skills • Motor skills involving an object.

  9. Manipulative • Throwing • Kicking • Rolling • Dribbling • Volleying • Catching
