Market Needs • Low income car enthusiasts will require the same monitoring device as existing up-market sports cars • They require a ‘plug-in’ device to deliver real-time stats to various makes of car • They require this device to be relatively inexpensive compared to built in devices MA AW RM

The Solution Vehicle Usage Tracker (VUT) • A low cost embedded processing unit which is installed behind the dashboard of any vehicle. • Plugs into vehicle’s existing rev counter, odometer, ignition and fuel gauge. • Calculates various changeable statistics and graphs based on these readings. • Delivers real-time stats to visible LCD display unit, with toggle buttons. • Has audio warning feedback on certain statistic circumstances such as low fuel warning. • Uses common, low cost, existing technology.
