N106 Disclosure and Barring Service Disputes PNC Information dispute allocated to Supervisor Supervisor Investigates & makes amendments as necessary Supervisor obtains case file and AT documents and sends all to Legal Services Approved Information dispute allocated to Supervisor Legal Services review, make recommendation and send to the DCC Dispute received from applicant via DBS e-mail. Logged by Supervisor DCC reviews, makes final decision and returns to Disclosure Unit Custody arranges for fingerprints to be taken and advises Disclosure Unit once completed Disclosure unit forwards details to Fingerprint Dept Fingerprint dispute allocated to Operator Operator writes to applicant and also forwards information to local custody Fingerprint Dept check prints and return result to Disclosure Unit Return to DBS via E-mail
