Ingredients Method Preheat oven: Gas 6 or 200°c. In large bowl rub together the flour, sugar and margarine to make fine breadcrumbs - use fingertips only! Add dried fruit and stir into the mixture. Add spice. Beat the egg in a jug – see me to add 1 tablespoon. Mix with knife to form a stiff dough. Place heaped teaspoons of the mixture onto a greased baking tray. Bake for 15mins. • 100g self-raising flour • 50g margarine • 75g dried fruit • 50g sugar • 1 egg • Optional – pinch of mixed spice
