To God be the glory great things he has done! So loved He the world that He gave us His Son, Who yielded His life and atonement for sin, And opened the life gate that all may go in. Praise the Lord praise the Lord! Let the earth hear His voice, Praise the Lord praise the Lord Let the people rejoice, O’ come to the Father thru Jesus the Son And give Him the glory great things He hath done.
Great things He hath taught us great things He hath done, And great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son, But purer and higher and greater will be Our wonder our transport when Jesus we see. Praise the Lord praise the Lord! Acts 1:8: “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 2:1: When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
Leviticus 23:1-2: And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: The feasts of the LORD, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts. The First Feast: The Passover Leviticus 23:5: On the fourteenth day of the first month at twilight is the LORD's Passover
The Second Feast – The Feast of Unleavened Bread Leviticus 23:6-8: And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to the LORD; seven days you must eat unleavened bread. On the first day you shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no customary work on it. But you shall offer an offering made by fire to the LORD for seven days. The seventh day shall be a holy convocation; you shall do no customary work on it. Psalm 16:10: For You will not leave my soul in Sheol, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.
The Third Feast – The Feast of the Firstfruits Leviticus 23:9-10: And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: When you come into the land which I give to you, and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest.
The Fourth Feast – The Feast of Weeks - Pentecost Leviticus 23:15-16b: And you shall count for yourselves from the day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering: seven Sabbaths shall be completed. Count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath”

Acts 2:1: When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. Acts 2:2-3: And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.
Acts 2:4: And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Acts 2:13:Others mocking said, “They are full of new wine.” Ephesians 5:18: Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit Acts 2:14: But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, “Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words.”
Acts 2:16-21: 16 But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: 17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams.18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy. 19 I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke. 20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. 21 And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved.’
Acts 2:22-24a: 22Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know— 23Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death; 24whom God raised up, having loosed the pains of death.”
Acts 2:24b: because it was not possible that He should be held by it [the grave] Acts 2:25-29: 25 For David says concerning Him: ‘I foresaw the Lord always before my face, For He is at my right hand, that I may not be shaken. 26 Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad; Moreover my flesh also will rest in hope. 27 For You will not leave my soul in Hades, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption. 28 You have made known to me the ways of life; You will make me full of joy in Your presence.’
Acts 2:36: Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.”
