  2. Welcome • These are the rules as of September 2012 • SGVFFL Owners Creed: “We, the owners in the SGVFFL, are of the same ilk. We fundamentally, are honest, truthful, and ruthless with enough integrity that we would rather lose than help a fellow owner win”

  3. OWNER • 1. Is responsible for his roster and lineup • 2. Each owner must be present at 50% of all league functions or risk losing his team • 3. Entry fee must be paid on draft night • 4. Each owner must pay in a reasonable time all transaction money(within 2 weeks) • After the season there will be an awards meeting to pass out money and to present the trophy.

  7. FEES Entry fee $125.00 Fee includes end of year playoffs Transaction Fee closed bid no limit($5.00 MIN.) Trades $5.00 per player Penalties $ 10.00 1.playing a player that is off 2. playing a player that is listed as out 3.not fielding a complete starting lineup

  8. Payouts • Payouts Top 8 spots 1ST 25% 2ND 18% 3RD 15% 4TH 12% 5TH 10% 6TH 8% 7TH 6% 8TH 6% Division winners $50,00

  9. PLAYOFFS • The 3 division winners are seated 1 2 and 3 based on best overall record the final 5 spots are based on overall record. • The playoffs are seated 1 plays 8 2 plays 7 3 plays 6 and 4 plays 5

  10. Head to Head • 14 week schedule (schedule available at draft) • 3 week playoffs (schedule available at draft) • 3 Divisions: • Each team will play the teams in there division twice and play the balance of the league once

  11. OVERALL • The team that scores the most weakly goes 11-0 all the way down to 0-11

  12. TIES • Ties games are broken • 1. Subs • 2.best overall record • 3 head to head

  13. Lineups • Lineup 8 players 1.QB 2.RB 2.WR 1.TE 1.K 1.TM 5.SUBS

  14. WAIVER WIRE • A weekly meeting will be held on Thursday night or on Wednesday night if there is is a Thursday game. • Bids are closed • Bids will be opened at 7.00pm • There is a $5.00 minimum bid Saturday waiver wire, bids must be e-mailed to the commish by 6;00 pm, min. bid is $10.00 if there is a tie the team with the worst record gets the bid • There is no dollar limit or transactions limit • Each team has 1 IR spot this player must be listed as out and must be activated as soon as he is no longer listed as out(comish judgment)

  15. Misc • Roster 13 players open • Draft Serpentine, draft order is determined at previous years’ banquet • Trades up until week 12(comish approval) • LA Times is the scoring bible • All scoring issues are the judgment of the commish

  16. RULE CHANGES • All rule changes must be a majority vote of at least 7 owners present

  17. END OF SEASON PLAYOFF POOL • Each owner will submit a starting lineup and 1 sub to the comish before the start of the NFL playoffs. • Payouts are $120.00 for the winner and $75.00 for 2nd place.$25.00 3RD PLACE $15.00 4TH PLACE
