  1. Guide for XGB O/S Downloading 1. XGB needs two files of type, *.bin,*.mot 2. Flash Download program is for O/S downloading. 3. At first, download file of *.mot type 4. Second, download file of *.bin type Step 1: Run Flash Download Program. Set Deviceto XGB Main OS and Set OS to file of type *.mot Step 2 : Connect pin #4 to pin #6 using thin wire as below. Front view of XGB CPU module (female connector) 5 6 About 5mm 4 3 After bend thin wire as above, put into the connector of XGB module. 2 1 Step 3 : Connect loader cable to XGB module. Step 4 : Supply DC24V power to XGB module. Step 5 : Set Comm Port to COM Port of your laptop and Click Download button. Step 6 : After downloading completed, Turn off the DC24V power and remove thin wire.

  2. Step7 : Connect loader cable to XGB module and Supply DC24V power to XGB module. Step8 : Set Device to XGB Main Driver. Step9 : Set OS to file of type *.bin. Step11: Click Download button. Step12: After downloadingcompleted, Turn off the DC24V power and Turn on DC24V power
