  12. Summary • All new/revised programs applications require submission of the current catalog. (If not previously approved by the SAA and sent to the VA.) • Contact your assigned SAA consultant with any approval questions.

  13. All new catalogs submitted for continuing approval must now include: • A. Program Approval Checklist WDVA Form 2902. • B. Annotated copy of the continuing Certificate of Approval from the SAA. Identify all modifications, additions and/or deletions to the programs you are requesting approved for veterans’ benefits. • C. Two, paper copies of all documents & forms submitted.
