  2. Grade-It intro • Grade-It illustrates Smart Printing on mobile label printers. Item Grade: --> A1-Best • Easy “buttons & prompts” interface • Simple to learn • Starting on next slide, click the buttons to view a demo

  3. A1-Best choice Click the “gears” button to open a new menu • Shows“A1-Best” grade Item Grade: --> A1-Best Click the yellow button to choose the next menu item Click the “i” button to select this menu item

  4. A2-Good choice • Shows“A2-Good” grade Item Grade: --> A2-Good

  5. A3-Industrial choice • Shows“A3-Industrial” grade Item Grade: --> A3-Industrial

  6. Power off choice • Shows“Power Off!!!!” Item Grade: --> Power Off!!!!

  7. Printer asleep • Printer is in sleep mode • Press Power button to restart

  8. Return PrintedGradeLabel Print label – A1 • Prints the chosen label Item Grade: --> A1-Best

  9. Return PrintedGradeLabel Print label – A2 • Prints the chosen label Item Grade: --> A2-Good

  10. Return PrintedGradeLabel Print label – A3 • Prints the chosen label Item Grade: --> A3-Industrial

  11. Program menu - Grade Report • Program menu gives user choice of different maintenance options Program: -> Grade Report

  12. Return Program menu – Zero Grade Count • Zeros the number of printed labels counters Program: -> Zero Grade Cnt

  13. Program menu – Quit • Allows user to quit program – requires password Program: -> App Break

  14. Quit menu – Confirm • Require exit password. • Feed increments number • Standby goes to next digit System Password 0

  15. Program menu – Setup • Allows entry into printer’s setup menu • Requires password Program: -> Printer Setup

  16. Report menu – Display Totals • Will display quantity of each grade label printed Report Type -> Display Totals

  17. Grade It Ver 1.05 Total A1-Best Grand Total xx label(s) aa Total A2-Good yy label(s) Total A3-Indust. zz label(s) Report – Display Totals • Displays a continuously scrolling list of each grade’s label count • Here we just go through once.

  18. Report menu – Print Totals • Prints the grade label quantity reportt Report Type -> Print Totals

  19. Return Label Quantity Report Grade Label Qty A1-Best xx A2-Good yy A3-Industrial zz Total aa Grade It v1.05 Report – Grade labels printed • Prints label with qty of each grade label printed since last reset Report Type -> Print Totals
