  3. What are colleges looking for? • Solid GPA and/or Class rank • Challenging classes (honors & A.P.) • Solid ACT/SAT scores • Extracurricular & outside activities – quality over quantity

  14. What if I plan to go to C.O.D.? • C.O.D. uses ACT/PSAE for placement • High school grades are used for placement • If I have done poorly in high school and on the ACT/PSAE - then I might have to take remediation classes where I do not receive college credit at C.O.D.
