Example one: Alexander Stubbwas educated in Finland, in the US, in Bruges (College of Europe) and in London (LSE). He worked as a Finnish diplomat, then a Member of the European Parliament, then Minister for Foreign Affairs, then Prime Minister. Example two: Toomas Ilves was educated in the USA, then he became an Estonian diplomat, then Minister for Foreign Affairs, then a MEP, then President of Estonia. Example three: Dr. Anna Barsukovawas educated in Russia, then in SciencesPo Paris, she became the Director of IKFBU in Kaliningrad.
