Scope of Work • Custom LED display as described. Trans-Lux has opted to submit quotations for a 16mm front serviced Oval, 16mm rear-serviced SMD and a 10mm front-serviced SMD LED displays. • TNLX base operating system included, customer elective option to • upgrade to the Epic control option detailed within. • Owner responsible for power data, rack equipment and location of rack. • TNLX to turnkey installation, including engineering, permitting, • project management and supervision. • Sales taxes, if applicable, adjusted on final invoice. • Special inspection, if required, to be adjusted on final invoice. • Street closure permits, if required, to be adjusted final invoice.

TNLX Front End System The Trans-Lux Epic management software is used create content layouts and schedules. All content file formats are compatible. Text overlay capability also enables placing text in another layer on top of static image or digital video content. Windowing capability enables a large display to be divided into multiple windows with different content shown in the various windows. The Epic Suite is user-friendly and full training will be provided as part of the solution.

We are fully aware, any labor and/or all additional sign types and/or alternates can be included at a later date as a supplemental conformity to design. If building and electrical permits are required, all associated permit fees will be billed at cost upon completion of the sign order. It is our endeavor to work in good faith in establishing a cohesive onsite working schedule that will be flexible for all involved. Electrical circuits (if required), as well as all necessary components associated with the same will be provided by the Customer. Sign Industries, Inc.will provide final hook-up to sign locations. If arrangements need to be made to run new primary electrical circuits we will be glad to assist with this as well. Sign Industries, Inc. will guarantee its products, against all defects in material or workmanship following the date of the installation. After receipt of your approved letter of intent and/or standard agreement, we will immediately proceed with sign fabrication, shipping and installation.
