MAPPA in Scotland • Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 sections 10 & 11 provide legislative framework for MAPPA • MAPPA introduced for sexual offenders in April 2007 • MAPPA introduced for restricted patients in April 2008 • MAPPA introduced for violenmt and other offenders ????
