Interjurisdictional Audit Reports The Interjurisdictional Audit Report page provides a mechanism for the distribution of Interjurisdictional Audit Reports. From this page you can upload and view reports. A daily e-mail is sent to the Audit Contact of each jurisdiction, if and Audit Report was uploaded that affects your jurisdiciton.
Uploading Interjurisdictional Audit Reports The upload page. This is where you will provide the necessary information for uploading a new report.
Finding Interjurisdictional Audit Reports This is the page to search for and find audit reports. You can search by Taxpayer ID or simply search for all audits that affect your jurisdiction. If you would like to easily see what your jurisdiction has uploaded use the Number 3 search.
Results Here are the results of a successful search. You will download the pdf files using the ‘Download’ link.

Checking NumbersFuel and Distance Report The Fuel and Distance report provides a complete break down of fuel type usage based on the Return Year and Quarter of a particular transmittal.
Transmittals The Transmittal pages provide a lot of detail and breakdown of numbers that may be useful for Auditors. We have created ‘Derived by IFTA, Inc.’ totals so a users can scan the numbers to look for any inconsistencies in the data. This data is just a pointer and is not official in anyway. The official numbers are the ones sent in by the Jurisdiction, these should always be used.
Transmittals – Return Type Breakdown More “Derived by IFTA, Inc.” totals are provided to show the breakdown of Return Types.
Transmittals – Surcharge Breakdown Just recently, at the bottom of the Transmittal page, is a breakdown of Surcharge and Non-Surcharge lines. This is just another pointer to help identify inconsistencies in the data.
Stratification Report The Stratification Report will give a user a complete breakdown of how many miles carriers in particular jurisdictions are reporting to travel jurisdictions.
Top Carriers based on Mileage This is a quick and dirty report to find the mileage of the most busy carriers.
