IT Case Competition Overview • Compete in teams of 3-4 to develop recommendations to an IT-related business problem presented by Travelers • Specially selected schools in the Hartford, CT and St. Paul, MN areas are invited to participate • Teams are given half a day to research the problem and prepare their presentation • During the second half of they day they present their solution to a panel of Travelers executive judges

Student Eligibility Requirements • Undergraduate MIS, CS, or other IT-related majors • Students with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher • Students that are legally authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis
Role of the Professor(s) • Escort students to Travelers campus in Hartford, CT or St. Paul, MN on the day of the competition • Optionally participate in workshops and focus groups with Travelers employees while the students are working • Observe all of the schools’ presentations and provide constructive feedback to your school’s team when you return to campus
