12. Shhh… Patients Healing, Please ACH’s QUIET CAMPAIGN was one of only a few initiatives we undertook in 2010 to improve patient care at the bedside. Some of the others included: • Improvement to our Rapid Response program • Enhanced Hand-Washing/Infection Control plan • Increased Fall Prevention awareness and implementation • KITE: the Knock, Introduce, Tests/Treatments, and Exit process enacted by nurses to keep patients informed and at ease
