3. Normal Process Flow • Citizen Submits application form with requisite documents to Single Window Operator. SWO enters data & issues receipt . • SWO Forward applications to Tahasildar. • Tahasildar write his/her observation in the Order Sheet and forward application to Record Keeper for Record Checking. ( Tahasildar either receives application from SWO or by System Generated Form -3 after registration ) • Record Keeper report on the record to Tahasildar. • Tahasildar forward the case to RI for necessary action, i.e., Issues Notices to Parties & Public, Conducts hearing , Makes filed verifications and Sends back report to Tahasildar

4. Normal Process Diagram • RI send status of the case to Tahasildar. • If the case is approved, Tahasildar sends the case record for final order entry to the Record Keeper. • RK do the entry and sends the report to OIC, Record Room for updation of record. • After RoR correction in Bhulekh OIC, Record Room send the Intimation Slip to RI for updation. • RI sends the conformation to OIC , Record Room. • OIC Record Room sends the case for closure of the case. • Tahasildar will send the case to Single Window Operator (SWO) for issuance of RoR to Citizen. • SWO hand over patta to citizen.

11. Tahasildar login for Form3 Download. Click on Download. It will download all Form3 of the date range. Click on view.

12. Tahasildar will be able to see the details about a registered document. He can view Registered Sale Deed and then click on Initiate button to initiate a mutation case.

13. All initiated cases based on form3 will appear in Form 3 Cases Menu. Then Click on View button.

14. Details of the case records will be available and Tahasildar will write Order Sheet and send the case Records to RK.
