Lessons Learned on Global and Regional Projects Lessons Learned: • Create a balanced central team (along with localization teams) to orchestrate and develop core approaches, content, and internal training (based on PwC experience with global training at Exxon, Nokia, Tetra Pak, General Motors, AstraZeneca and others) • Key central deliverables include: approach, curriculum, core materials for user documentation and training, guidelines for adapting materials to local needs, approach and guidelines for technology based training, roll out/ localization kit • Central team provides common development for local training team (in both training development/delivery and SAP). Staff core team with members from central office and local offices • Local staff in core team act as training champions in local sites and provide local influence and buy in centrally
