If  you  are  planning  to  have  a  session in one of the spray tanning  salons in Tulsa. The first question  to come to your mind is, how you  prepare  for  the  tan  session?  Here  below is a brief insight of what you  should do ­ DO Exfoliate and moisturize the skin: DO Exfoliate and moisturize the skin: Your skin is likely to have a serious buildup of dead cells of  the skin on its top layer. If this layer is thick, then chances  are  that  the  spray  tan  will  get  rubbed  off  quickly.  Exfoliation  helps  remove  these  dead  cells  of  the  skin,  leaving clean canvas which ensure that the spray tanning  coat lasts longer. You should use exfoliating glove, or if you  use any other product, ensure that it does not contain any  oils. Oil barriers on your skin can prevent the action of the  spray tanning solution. In moisturizing the skin, use only a  water based product. This can be used after every shower or  bath in order to prolong the life of the tan.
