  4. Ic. What were the key changes brought about/ actions taken by the incumbent PRBoA? • 6) 2008 - The PRBoA actively participates in efforts to properly implement/ enforce the 1977 National Building Code of the Phils. (NBCP/ P.D. No. 1096); the PRBoA also makes compliances with site planning and building laws a primary focus in its Licensure Examination for Architects (LEA); the NBCP, the Fire Code and the Accessibility Law are made centerpieces of the LEA subject of architectural design and site planning (ADSP); • 7) 2008 – PRBoAretains a private counsel to map out a legal program to help it attain the full implementation and enforcement of R.A. No. 9266 at the medium term;

  5. Id. What were the key changes brought about/ actions taken by the incumbent PRBoA? • 8) 2009 - The PRBoAholds senior executive officials accountable for the apparently concerted violations of its law; the PRBoAfiles a graft complaint at the Office of the Ombudsman against the then DPWH Secretary, 2 DPWH Undersecretaries and various private entities perceived/ alleged to have benefited from official acts that apparently violate R.A. No. 9266; • 9) 2009 - Fully Computerized the Licensure Examination for Architects (LEA)to fully comply with 2 laws; eliminated draftingfrom the LEA subject of architectural design and site planning (ADSP); note that this was replaced by 5-7 situational problem sets (presently at 200 questions, about half of which can be answered only after sketching or drawing);
