SUSTAINABILITY • Sustainability is a primary focus • Wetland established beside the winery to protect the Southern Bell Frog • Practices include: • Water recycling • Composting • Package recycling • Electric forklifts • Biological pest control • Under vine mowing to help eliminate use of artificial pesticides
