Stock Market Game – Week #2your Stock Journal will count as a Quiz Grade • Must have stocks in at least 3 different industries • Must have at least 5 stocks in your portfolio • Update your Stock Journal for Week #2 using Google Docs • What is your rank • Use your cash…if you have a lot of cash left…buy more stock today • Read “Best Stocks Article” from the Stocks folder for stock tips • Choose 1 stock to buy for the Stock Market Game

Stock Market Game – Week #3your Stock Journal will count as a Quiz Grade • Chart the following and paste into your Stock Journal (using Google Docs) Week #3 • Your best performing stock versus an index • Your best performing stock versus its competitors • Your worst performing stock versus an index • Your worst performing stock versus its competitors • Update your Stock Journal for Week #3 using Google Docs • Decide on a recent IPO that you would like to purchase and enter the trade • Use your own research or the IPO LIST file in my folder

Stock Market Game – Week #4your Stock Journal will count as a Quiz Grade • Update your Stock Journal for Week #4 using Google Docs • Decide on a mutual fund that you would like to purchase after researching mutual funds in the Mutual Fund Evaluation • Buy the mutual fund and then write reasons for your selection • Include NAV, charts or any other information you used to make the final decision

Stock Market Journal– Week #5counted as a Quiz Grade • Include in Week #5 (use stock market terms in your analysis) • Your Regional Ranking • Final portfolio amount $ and % • Check under Total Current Value, and Total % Gain/Loss section • Best & worst performing stocks overall • Which sector/ industry performed the best • What conclusions can you make from playing the game • What was your team’s strategy in picking stocks • Submit the following: • Print the Account Holdings Page • Write the name of each sector next to each stock listed • Print the entire Stock Journal • Staple order: Journal, Account Holdings print out - 5 points per day late
