HFRS Activity; • On-Station Event • Firesetters Visit • FireCall • HFSV • YFA/LIFE • Potential Red Flag! • Situation • Accusation Refer to • Observation HFRS • Discussion CPP • Inference Is it considered that the child is at immediate risk of harm? • Contingency Plan: • Should the Duty CPLO • be unable to attend then • undertake the following • actions: • Do not leave scene • Request urgent Police • attendance (for Child • Protection issues) • Complete FM/7/1/1/16 • Handover all details to • attending Police Officer • Forward completed Form • to the Duty CPLO • within 24 hrs No Immediate Action Note all Findings on FM/7/1/1/16 and forward to the FIM within 24 Hours No Option one - Immediate Actions-Telephone Advice Contact Fire Control and request that the Duty CPLO makes contact with the Appliance Mobile Telephone. Do not leave scene Yes Option two - Immediate Actions - CPLO Attendance Contact Fire Control and request the attendance of the Duty CPLO.
