Favor of RAMEN. What flavor do you like the best?. Picked up 25 boys and girls each who are in the twenties. Asked them which flavor do their like. result. From the result, tonkotsu was the best flavor Japanese like. But, in Japan there are many type of tonkotsu ramen.

  3. Picked up 25 boys and girls each who are in the twenties. • Asked them which flavor do their like.

  5. From the result, tonkotsu was the best flavor Japanese like. But, in Japan there are many type of tonkotsu ramen. ex. Hakata tonkotu, Kurume type, soy sauce based …etc

  6. There are not much different between them, but people has there favor. I think peoples favor will change where they live.

  7. Do you think there are any different between different areas?

  8. Kansai VS Kanto VS Kyusyu • Kansai Many people likes soy sauce based tonkotsu ramen. ・Kanto Many people likes soy sauce noodle. But not tonkotsu. ・Kyusyu Many people likes tonkotsu ramen.

  9. Result • I think I can not say, tonkotsu ramen is the most popular noodle in Japan. Because, it changes at each area they live.

Research I’ve picked up 25 boys and girls each who are in the twenties. And asked them which flavor does their like. Result “I think ramen which is not tonkotsu is not a ramen.” People from Hakata said this word to me during my research. Is there any different between each area? Kanto VS Kansai VS Kyusyu The result are saying tonkotsu ramen is the most popular noodle in Japan, but I think I can not say tonkotsu ramen is the most popular noodle in Japan. Because, it changes at each area they live.
