SB – subject benchmark PLO – Programme learning outcomes SLO – stage learning outcomes ULO – unit learning outcomes ILPAR – Institutional Level Partner Approval & Review Programme Leader’s (PL’s) view of using Academic Programmes Database PL completes outline award, course and stage information, including selection or creation of unit titles and designation of unit leaders Team agrees general structure and principles guiding design of programme (with input from CeLT if needed) PMI generate programme record and notify PL PL notifies unit leaders SAF completion PL (or delegate) completes assessment and feedback, employability, student success, inclusivity, learning technology, sustainability checklists with help from curriculum guide wizard and CeLT as needed. PL reviews stages by SB, SLO, PLO Team review checklists and agree key points for short supporting narrative for each section Unit leaders complete unit outline proformas Team review ULO alignments and assignment profiles for each stage Approval or review process/panel PL uploads information about ILPAR (if changed from previous) PL submits final document to faculty quality officer for panel consideration PL completes narrative sections Unit leaders complete instance information Key features: possibility of rapid review and comment by relevant central services at any point in the approval and review process Easy collection of annual data at faculty or institutional level about specific elements (eg employability, student success features, assessment profiles) Key elements of programme and unit handbook produced automatically
