  2. Satanás = adversario, 1 Ped. 5:8; diablo = calumniador; serpiente – astuto, 2 Cor. 2:11, mañas; Efes. 6:11, asechanzas. • Satan = adversary, 1 Pet. 5:8; devil = slanderer; serpent – astute, 2 Cor. 2:11, devices; Eph. 6:11, schemes.

  3. Príncipe de este mundo, Jn. 12:31; Príncipe de la potestad del aire, Efes. 2:2; Tempter, Mat. 4:1; Belial, Príncipe de demonios, 2 Cor. 6:15. • Prince of this world, Jn. 12:41; Prince of the power of the air, Eph. 2:2; Tempter, Matt. 4:1; Belial, prince of demons, 2 Cor. 6:15.

  4. Satanás tiene hijos, Jn 8:44; 1 Jn 3:10; tiene ángeles, Mat 25:41; tiene huestes espirituales de maldad, Efes. 6:12. • Satan has children, Jn 8:44; 1 Jn 3:10; has angels, Matt. 25:41; has spiritual forces of wickedness, Eph. 6:12.

  5. No hay “endemoniados” como en el primer siglo (atormentados físi-ca y mentalmente); tenían conoci-miento y poder sobrenaturales. • There are no “demon-possessed” as in first century (tormented phy-sically and mentally); they had supernatural knowledge, strength.

  6. Espíritus inmundos les dejaban sor-dos, ciegos, etc., pero no les hacían pecar. “Endemoniado” no tenía nada que ver con el PECAR. Unclean spirits left them deaf, blind,etc., but did not make them sin. “Demon-possession” had nothing to do with SINNING.

  7. Pero Satanás sí entraba en la gente entonces, como ahora. Judas, Jn. 13:27; Ananías, Hech. 5:3; aun in-fluyó en Pedro, Mat. 16:23. • But Satan did enter people then as now. Judas, Jn. 13:27; Ananias, Acts 5:3; even had influence over Peter, Matt. 16:23.

  9. Tiene muchos ministros, 2 Cor. 11:13-15; 1 Tim. 4:1-3; 1 Jn. 4:1; Mat. 23:15; Efes 2:2, espíritu que opera en los desobedientes. • He has many ministers, 2 Cor 11:13-15; 1 Tim. 4:1-3; 1 Jn 4:1; Matt. 23:15; Eph. 2:2, spirit that now works in the disobedient.

  12. Estrategia del diablo según Sant. 1:14. Tentado cuando atraído y seducido por su propia pasión – como si fuera una ramera. • Strategy of devil according to James 1:14. Tempted when drawn away and seduced by his own pasión– as if it were a harlot.

  13. Satanás nos puede destruir o sim-plemente dejarnos inefectivos. De-jó a los corintios divididos, a los gálatas en error, 1 Tes 5:14. • Satan can destroy us or just leave us ineffective. He left the Corinth-ians divided, the Galatians in error, 1 Thess. 5:14.
