SECURITY • All visitors are badged upon entrance. Please return your badge to Lobby Receptionist upon departure. • Badges must be worn visibly at all times. • Escorts are required beyond the meeting area. Access to the adjacent restrooms does not require an escort. • Bag checks are conducted on a random basis.
SECURITY PROCEDURES • Be cautious of classified discussions outside the conference room • No cellular phones allowed in areas where classified discussions occur • Presenters must identify what information is classified and its level • Classified notes – allowed or prohibited?
CLASSIFIED NOTE TAKING • Must use company-issued controlled notebooks • Notes must be marked with the proper classification markings • Notebooks must be surrendered to meeting monitor at all breaks and at the end of the meeting • Recipients must provide their name and classified mailing address • Notebooks will be mailed out after meeting
