1. Identify the objective • Reduce teen driver injuries and fatalities by promoting the Teens and Trucks (TnT) video and print materials (align with a school/district) • Reduce driver injuries and fatalities by promoting the Defeat Distracted Driving (D3) video and print materials (align with local organizations or sponsors)
1. Identify the objective (continued) • Improve CMV/other road safety by raising awareness of the Operation Safe Driver purpose and/or targeted enforcement and education efforts (marketing)

Evolve & Execute • Publish a schedule of events (core team) • Execute your event • Debrief with event summary; identify opportunities (see event gaps/shortfalls as opportunities) • Email your event summary, success and accuracy metrics, and pictures to the Operation Safe Driver inbox (cvsaosd@cvsa.org)
