IESS VII: Media Plan A comprehensive media plan has been developed for IESS 2018 comprising of the following: • Print Media Over 30 leading newspapers identified across India for releasing over 125 advertisements across India • Electronic media & social media Face book page – with over 28,000 followers Linkedin – with over 1100 professionals Twitter handle EEPC India (@ eepcindia) with over 400 followers • Outdoor campaign In Industrial areas in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai is being planned • Tie up with leading trade portals is in place trade4india.com; tradeindia.com; jimtrade.com., I0times events etc.

  18. IESS VII: Digital Interface • Responsive website • The design of our new IESS website is responsive. It changes layout according to the screen resolution; • Different modules of the website are: Exhibitor Management System (EMS), Delegate Management System (DMS), Conference Management System (CMS); • Other important features are: interactive floor-plan, online payment gateway, media gallery etc. • B2B • Facilitates exhibitors and delegates in arranging meeting; • The module is accessible from both PC and handheld devices (Mobile, Tab, iPad etc) • Mobile App • IESS mobile app is available for Android, Windows and iOS; • App enables users to access exhibitors and delegates database, floor plan, details about seminars etc; • B2B module is also accessible from the app;

IESS VII: Technology Pavilion • Keeping in view Smart Tech for Smart Engineering as the theme for IESS, a specialized technology pavilion is being put up at IESS- VII • An area of 500 Sqm has been earmarked for the showcase. • Pavilions envisaged for CSIR and CSIR-Labs, International Overseas Technology Providers, Academic R&D Labs • One to One Meetings with Technology Partners, Government Departments and Industry • Uploading of Technology Showcase / expertise on IESS website • Inviting Technology Requirements from the industry and organizing One to One Meetings • Sensitizing various Government schemes
