2. International Students in Taiwan Since 1966, there have been 4,268 academic exchange agreements signed between institutions of higher learning in Taiwan and in other countries.
3. Taiwan Scholarship The MOE is supporting 479 international scholarship winners for the Taiwan Scholarship Program of 2008 to pursue their degree studies in Taiwan. This is not included the scholarships which offered by Universities.
The MOE has supported253 Mandarin Enrichment Scholarships from 41countries, in 2008. 4. Mandarin Chinese Scholarship
