Definitions • True Authenticity – the Eucharist must be related to those in need. • A Day of Solidarity – The Sunday Eucharist should give the faithful an opportunity to devote themselves to works of mercy, charity, and apostolate. • Eucharistic Piety – Being prayerful and respectful in church. • Stewardship – Making good use of the things entrusted to one’s care.

  14. Definitions • Apostolate – the work of promoting religious teaching • Shabbat – Hebrew word for Jewish Sabbath • Solidarity – unity of feeling, interest, and purpose among people that promotes justice
